The way you select your files is changing

Keyboard and keyboard-mouse combination commands are no longer supported.

  1. There is a checkbox to Select All Files.
  2. You will select individual folders and files by checkbox.

Sort by column heading

View your files in ascending or descending order, sorted by file name, date created, etc.

  1. All the column headings support sorting.

Temporarily switch back to the old interface

  1. Toggle back to the old Files page. This preference is retained when you log out and log back in.

The folder tree view is removed

  1. Selecting All My Files opens to a landing page instead of a folder tree.

Bulk actions available

  1. When a folder and/or multiple files are selected, you can bulk Download, Delete, Edit Permissions, Manage User Rights, or Move all the selected files.

When you use the Options menu (vertical 3 dots), Edit Permissions and Manage User Rights will now open in separate pop-up windows.
