A quick reminder for faculty: the ITS Service Desk is the first stop for all student technology help, including issues with the Canvas LMS.

When students have tech problems—whether it’s logging in, navigating Canvas, connecting devices, or troubleshooting access—they should be directed to contact the ITS Service Desk first.

While students will often end up working with TeLS for Canvas-related support, routing them through the Service Desk ensures they get the fastest help and the right point of contact for their issue.

Faculty can also make getting help easier for students by adding the Tech Support information from CourseForge 4.0 into their own Canvas courses:
