Yavapai College relies on Zoom for most of our meetings and collaboration amongst our departments using Zoom Team Chat.  Last week, we hosted ~800 meetings with over 2300 participants.  

Zoom Workplace has a myriad of other features beyond meetings.  Team Chat, Clips, Tasks, Scheduler, Docs, etc. are powerful tools for productivity and collaboration.  Zoom AI Companion is also a valuable tool that helps with text composition, task management, meeting scheduling/preparation, and information retrieval.  

This academic year, plans are in the works to increase our adoption of these productivity-enhancing tools across our institution.  

Here are some helpful resources related to Zoom:

• New! - The Zoom Music app can be used both in and outside of meetings.  For example, if you are hosting a long meeting and take a short break, you can play music until everyone returns.
• New! - The Zoom Group Photo app lets you take instant, high-quality group photos with your meeting attendees. Say goodbye to taking screenshots in multiple gallery pages.
