As Yavapai College continues to grow and innovate, the Teaching and eLearning Support (TeLS) department is adding a new way for faculty to request support. To make sure your requests get to the right person quickly, and to help us track every request through completion, we’ve launched a new TeLS Service Request Form.

This simple form will help us:

  • Route your request directly to the right staff member
  • Keep you updated on progress
  • Ensure every request is fulfilled and nothing falls through the cracks
