Have you noticed a colleague going above and beyond to help students? Nominate them for the GIFT Fellowship Award!

The GIFT (Great Ideas for Teaching) Fellowship is an honor given annually to exceptional Yavapai College faculty. Students and faculty are invited to make nominations, and members of the Instructional Committee convene to decide who will receive the award.

If you have experienced excellent teaching or know of an instructor going above and beyond in the classroom, you can recognize the exceptional faculty member's effort by nominating them for the GIFT Fellowship Award for Teaching Excellence.

Winners are given the chance to speak about teaching (philosophy, ideas, experiences, dreams and visions, etc.) during the Summer Institute. The best thing about this award may be that it is based on student and faculty nominations, and that is truly a high honor.

Please nominate a worthy colleague today!
